What Kvitiko keeps about you, where it goes and what it never does.
[PLACEHOLDER: this draft has not had a legal review. It describes what the software does and is replaced before launch.]
What this page covers
Kvitiko is software that works in your rs.ge account on your behalf. This page says which data the software holds, why, and who can see it.
What is stored
Your email address and your language, so we can send you a sign-in link and reminders.
Your rs.ge login and password, encrypted. They are never shown in a chat, on a page or to support, and they are never written to a log. If you choose limited access, we store the login of the sub-user you created instead of your main login.
Your taxpayer number, the payments you enter in the dashboard, the filing status of each month and a log of everything the software did in your account.
Your reminder settings (email on or off, the days before a deadline), the Telegram chat you link, the private address of your calendar feed and a record of the reminders already sent.
The encrypted session that keeps you signed in to rs.ge between requests.
A record of every confirmation and approval, with the exact arguments of the action it was for, and the reports you send us through feedback, with the technical details that help us find the cause.
Our server log, which holds your email address when a sign-in link is issued and the network address of a request that a rate limit refused.
What reaches an AI provider
On Standard, nothing from us: your own assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or another) talks to Kvitiko and receives only what it asks for, under its provider's terms.
On Chat, once it exists, our own AI reads the data it needs to answer you. Nothing is used to train any model.
What Kvitiko never does
It does not sell or share your data, and it does not file, submit or request anything in your name until you approve it.
It never moves money. You pay rs.ge from your own bank.
Who runs the service
