Kvitiko

Georgian bureaucracy, settled.

An AI assistant for rs.ge and everything official in Georgia. Declarations, waybills, invoices, certificates, notices, company lookups, the law itself: Kvitiko works in your account, prepares everything and sends nothing until you approve. In whatever language you write.

29 ₾ a month, cancel any time. Nothing leaves your account without your click.

Everything you do on rs.ge, and beyond it.

Every part of the portal, plus the business registry, the National Bank's rates, the law on matsne.gov.ge and step-by-step guides for things like residence-permit paperwork, in your language, through one assistant.

Declarations

Monthly small-business declarations, drafted from your figures at the National Bank rate for each payment's date and filed when you approve, with the amount to pay and the deadline. Other declarations are listed with their status and deadline.

"File October." Three payments in USD, EUR and GEL become one figure, one draft, one approval.

Waybills and invoices

Create, send, confirm or cancel waybills, draft invoices and move them along, and see what your buyers and suppliers sent you, without the portal's forms.

"A waybill for 40 boxes to the Tbilisi warehouse tomorrow, same driver as last time." Drafted from your previous one, waiting for your click.

Questions

Who is it for?

Anyone with an rs.ge account: freelancers, individual entrepreneurs, shops and small companies that move goods and issue invoices, and people who just need a certificate, in whatever language they write.

Is this tax or legal advice?

No. Kvitiko is software. It shows what your account holds, quotes the law it relies on and prepares what you approve. It does not tell you what to do in your situation; for that, ask a qualified professional. Premium, which adds a human check, is not available yet.

Can it send something without me?

No. Every declaration, waybill, invoice and certificate request waits for your approval, and each one is written to your activity log. We never touch your money: you pay rs.ge from your own bank.

How is my rs.ge login kept?

Encrypted on our server and never shown anywhere, not in a chat, not on a page, not to support. When your rs.ge account asks for an SMS code at sign-in, we ask you for it; we cannot read it ourselves. Prefer not to share your main login? Choose limited access: a sub-user you create in rs.ge and can delete at any time.

Which AI sees my data?

On Standard, none of ours: your own assistant talks to Kvitiko and receives only what it asks for, under its provider's terms. On Chat, our AI reads your data to answer you. Nothing is used to train any model.

Do I need an AI subscription?

No. Standard works with the dashboard alone, and Chat brings its own AI. If you already have a subscription or your own AI agent, connect it.

How does the connection work?

Kvitiko is a remote MCP server (Model Context Protocol, the open standard assistants use to call tools). In ChatGPT and Claude you add it as an app from their directory, with nothing to configure; any other agent that speaks MCP gets one address. You sign in once. From then on the assistant calls Kvitiko's tools over HTTPS: every call runs under your account, reads come back as they are, and anything that would change something at rs.ge comes back as a preview you approve first. The dashboard talks to the same server through its own API.

Is Kvitiko part of rs.ge?

No. It is an independent service that works in your rs.ge account with your permission.
